When planning infrastructural systems (sewerage, faecal water) we follow project solutions that are environmentally friendly, such as designing of separate sewer systems, waste-water treatment plants, renewable resources and reuse of purified water (reverse sanitary hot water, use purified water in the agriculture).
AREAS OF PLANNING:
Planning of the external areas:
Our way of living and pace of life practically leave us without any real free time, so we must arrange our living and working environment in a manner which is pleasant for living and does not require much of our time to maintain. We provide professional and environmentally friendly solutions that deliver high-quality living conditions.
Planning of sanitary waste and storm water, waste water treatment plants:
People consume ever more water nowadays for every day living. The purpose of sewage system is to provide waste water collection and treatment so that it can be returned back to nature. This protects the environment from pollution and ensures healthy living environment for people as well as potable water.
In the process of planning the principles of individual drainage systems have to be considered – those are:
- Household waste water
- Industrial waste water
- Agricultural waste water
- Municipal waste water (from cleaning the streets, squares and drains)
- Extraneous water
- Run-off rain water
Considering the drainage system used, mixed and separate channel systems can be used.
Each mixed or faecal channel is routed to the treatment plant, which is the main plant for sewage treatment. Here, contaminated water is treated by various physical, chemical and biological processes so that it is no longer harmful for the environment and people. The use of advanced technology now enables the re-use of effluent, and treatment of the waste water can provide drinking water.
Road planning:
Road is a civil engineering facility intended for different types of traffic. Public roads are traffic areas of general interest to the road traffic, which are classified by the competent authority in accordance with the criteria specified for individual categories of public roads and can be freely used in any manner and under the conditions laid down in the regulations governing public road and traffic safety. The basic purpose of the planning is to choose a technical solution that ensures optimal road safety for individual groups of traffic participants taking into account the necessary data (geographical, geological, geo-technical, information on land use, etc.).
Waste treatment, planning of waste recycling centres:
Planning of waste management is one of the most important and urgent problems of the living environments today. In our Institute we believe that solutions have to ensure balance with environmentally acceptable techniques and provide maximum efficiency in recycling.
Waste recycling centres are adequately controlled spaces with collection reservoirs for receiving and short-term storage of individual non-hazardous and hazardous household waste, where waste generators from surrounding areas leave or dispose of the waste in a manner that enables the operator of the collection centre to remove those wastes in an orderly way.
Planning of other municipal infrastructure:
Facility of public infrastructure is a civil engineering facility, which forms a network that serves a particular type of economic public service of national or local importance or forms a network that is in the public interest. It it distinctly intended for supply and provides basic conditions for settlements. Special attention is given to the use of renewable energy sources that are renewed from the energy flow of natural processes such as: sun, wind, water currents, biomass, geothermal currents, tides.
Communal infrastructure facilities also include buildings, water and equipment for:
- Supply of potable, extinguishing and technological water
- Heat supply
- Supply of natural gas
- Power supply
- Electronic communications
- Public lighting and traffic lights
